Jess is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with experience spanning in-house talent management in the tech and engineering industry, and consulting across multiple industries in both the private and public sector. She founded Equalital to help organisations get the most from their biggest investment - their people - whilst also tackling the challenge of socioeconomic mobility through fairer access to opportunity.

Richard is a Software developer, designer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in product development, web and mobile apps. His passion lies in building new products and bringing new concepts to market. He has helped a number of companies, from multinationals and NGOs to start-ups, launch new products.

Kathy Jenkins

Kathy Jenkins

Kathy has worked in Engineering businesses for over thirty years. Having started her career in Finance, Kathy moved into HR, Projects, Operations and then General Management. She held a wide range of senior roles across a number of sectors including oil, construction, electronics, transportation, telecommunications, aerospace, defence and security.

Most latterly, Kathy was the Chief Executive of Marshall of Cambridge. The Group was comprised of Motor, Aerospace, Defence and Property businesses. Kathy joined the Group as Director of HR and Transformation and was subsequently promoted to Chief Operating Officer, before her appointment as Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Her main priorities as CEO were to re-shape the group and restore the order book in the UK and abroad.

Immediately prior to joining Marshall, Kathy spent 14 years with Thales Group where she led several large global business integration and transformation programmes, mostly outside the UK. In both Thales and GEC Marconi prior, Kathy was in global HR and Operational roles specialising in developing businesses. She has worked on more than thirty programmes of acquisition, merger, partnership, divestment and integration.

She was particularly proud in Thales SA to be a board member of the Thales Foundation, focussed on driving the company's substantial CSR and sustainability agenda around the world.

In line with her passion for social enterprise, Kathy now works with a number of SMEs at Board level to advise them through starting up, securing investment to grow or transact.

Kimberley Abbott

Kimberley is the CEO and Founder of Vested Impact. An engineer by background, she was an expert consultant to the United Nations, where she led the technology development of the UN's platform to assess and monitor the impact of its $8bn per year Peacekeeping operations, and she has extensive experience in innovation and entrepreneurship. Her work has been widely recognised, including the 2022 global UBS Female Founder Award, NatWest & Telegraph 100 Entrepreneurs to Watch, UK's Top 50 Women in Engineering, and Australia's Top 100 Women of Influence.

Daniel White

Daniel White

Daniel is CTO of Vested Impact and leads the technical development and management of Vested Impact's products and solutions. He is a software engineer with over a decade of experience across the full software lifecycle, from modern web development through to embedded systems in the aviation sector. He has delivered solutions for international organisations operating in development and impact, including the World Food Programme.
